the shower was handheld, which made washing hair an absoluteley frustrating experience. the close balconies felt like being on display, how lovely. you’d think as a guest I'd at least get a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but nope, just regular treatment. almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn’t deal with the disappointments.

Just a solid selection for a swift stopover in Kalamaki (Chania) with fantastic value for money. The room was a nice size and kept very clean by the friendly staff. Avoid the busy road if you're sensitive to noise.

my recent stay was for a wedding ceremony, and akasti truly exceeded my expectations. the warm hospitality from tasos and his family made the experience even more special. our twin room with a pool view was clean, and the beautiful sunsets from the restaurant were a highlight.

The view of the marina each morning during breakfast was stunning. The comfortable beds provided an excellent night's sleep.
